Jennifer Moore from Macy's vintage stretch belt. This has a wide black stretchy band with a silver buckle. Measures almost 30in not stretched out. It will stretch to approx 37in. It is stamped RH Macy 1994. The buckle has a little weight to it. Only the back of the buckle has some scratches. Otherwise in really good condition!
