Vintage Whittall & Shon Derby Hat Black Satin Roses and Sequins Cocktail Hat

Vintage Whittall & Shon designer derby hat/cocktail hat with black sequins and black satin roses with a clear center stone in each one. Raised in the front (i believe this is the front) and normal in the back. Comes with one white imitation pearl hat stick pin in it. 7 1/4" inside across left to right and 7 3/4" front to back. Outside the hat measures 12" around. Weighs almost 1 pound. Great shape and beautiful black hat. Smoke free home.
