Vintage Whiting and Davis black label art deco gold mesh purse. Signed.

This very collectible brand of mesh purse is by Whiting and Davis from the 1940’s. It is a small wristlet flappers purse. It has a gold metal chain, and a brass gold tone enclosure. The label inside is their early signature black label that says: Mesh Whiting and Davis bags. made in the USA. It is also stamped in the metal on both sides on the inside of the purse. It is a beautiful little art deco vintage mesh wristlet that measures: approx 5 1/4 inches wide, 5 inches long, and 2 1/2 inches deep. There is only a slight discoloration of a few mesh beads on the bottom of the bag near the side on the front. See last picture. There are no tears, missing beads or smells. It is a unique purse in great Vintage condition!
