Vintage Whiting & Davis Gold Mesh Evening Bag

Gorgeous Whiting and Davis vintage 1940’s/1950’s gold mesh purse with gold clasp top and petite 5” chain. One slip pocket on the inside for items. Each side of the inner gold frame is stamped identically with the logo, serial number 2853, and Made in U.S.A. stamp. In excellent vintage condition - no missing mesh beads or marks/stains on the interior. *Total height of purse, including the chain drop, is 10” * Width is 6” measuring at the bottom of the purse and 4.5” in the narrower portion at the top *Height (not including the gold frame at the top or the chain) is 4”
