Vintage White w Red Neck Tie Bow Retro Ruffled Puckered Edge 50" Polyester

Retro-chic vintage neck tie or fashion scarf is made from polyester with a satiny feel. It is white with a small red plus sign or "x" design. The hem was intentionally sewn to pucker the edge giving it the appearance of being ruffled. SIZE: approx. 50" CONDITION: There is a small spot near the edge of one end. I have not stain treated it.
