Beautiful crinkley Skirt, tagged White Stag Women's 16 W 100% Cotton Made in India. The waist is stretchy with a drawstring. The bottom of the Skirt features Purple and Blue blooming flowers. Very lightweight Skirt, easy to wear. The skirt does have a stain it's shown in the last photo. It's in the teal colored area. I don't know the history of the stain. It blends in quite well.
