This lovely pair of 22" long kid leather gloves are labeled as a size 7 1/4, however they were owned and worn by the same ancestor of mine who wore size 6 1/2 gloves, so it's safe to assume they run small. They feature mother of pearl snap closure on the inside wrist and a number 9 on the inside by the side seam. They were in among items inherited from my great-grandmother and have been protected from smoke, perfumes, dust, and pet dander. They appear to have been well loved, likely purchased in the 1940s, and will require some cleaning and repair. They're far too small for me to wear, though they're a family heirloom and will likely last for many more decades. Condition: Tear in inner wrist area of left glove, slight pink staining on outer elbow area of left glove, slight discolorations from use and age.
