Vintage, White Cotton , Size 16, blouse with embroidered Blue Bells, 3/4 sleeves. Pretty embroidered blue bells on the collar and breast pocket. 3/4 sleeves that can be rolled up if you choose. I have them pictured both ways. No identification tags. Please see measurements for size.
