Vintage White Beaded Purse Made in Belgium

Beautiful white seed beaded purse with a paisley padded design featuring a center shield outlined in cream colored beads. Interior is creamy satin with one slip pocket. Features a snap clasp with clear rhinestones. There are 2 small red stains inside and what looks like glue residue from maybe a larger tag? A smaller tag says Made in Belgium. Very well made purse. The only other signs of wear are some slightly loose beading where the handle meets the purse (see pics) Measures about 9”wide and 8.5” long not including handle.
