It has a scalloped edge surrounded by wrapped gifts with polka dot bows and pink cake slices in relief. Hand painted rose buds and white dots complete the whimsical design. The back is decorated with hand painted pink roses and green leafy vines. A stunning plate for any birthday celebration! It is 13 1/2" in diameter and stands 2 1/2" tall to the top of the presents. No chips, cracks, but crazing, as it's vintage and no utensil marks.
