Vintage Western Lariat

This is super cute with western wear. A family member bought it in Mexico to the best of my memory. The middle is some kind of skin with two flowers . I think it is for a female but a guy could wear it too. It has some wear on it because it was purchased around 1983. Open to reasonable offers. A small free gift with a purchase.
