Vintage Western Fringe Jacket

Calling all emo cowboys! this fringe jacket is cropped, and fringe surrounds the entire shoulders. There are button closures, and is sized as a medium but fits on the smaller side. Has shoulder pads and One minor stain on the collar (last picture). Please message me for exact measurements.
