1950s West German gold tone filigree hematite cameo necklace. Round gold tone filigree pendant with an oval prong set hematite glass cameo set atop six raised petals. The petals are set with round faceted hematite stones and simulated pearls. The pendant is suspended from a stamped filigree heart bale on a chain of oval ribbed links with additional filigree stations.
