This is an amazing solid, vintage treasure designed and manufactured by Wells Ware, NYC. The Eiffel Tower charm is double sided. The heart charm shows a bit of wear and could be removed. I didn’t want to do anything to alter it’s original state. It wears as a short. necklace, 16 inches long. I am reposhing this beauty purchased from @sroland3.
