Lapels Button faux front 3/4 sleeve Crepe Lined Small shoulder pads No tags Bust 18 flat Waist 13 flat Top shoulder condition problem, appears there was some type of embellishments that are no longer present. Great place for a brooch.these are stitched threads rather than holes. There was a belt at one time but no more. Right underarm seam has some busted threads that can use refreshing.
