skyler_basch Could you tell me the specific measurements for the waist and chest? Also is this dress able to be worn off the shoulders?

nancyinthesky @skyler_basch hi There. The chest is approx 35”—-Waist is approx 26”. Yes I believe it can be worn off the shoulder and I’ve often thought it could also be tailored to remove the bell sleeve… I’m sure it could be done and is another option for this beautiful dress to become yours personally. The detail work on this gown is amazing and I am selling to at a crazy price. Waiting for the right fit. Maybe it’s you. Lmk if you have any other questions. Thanks for checking out my closet.
