In very good vintage condition. I see no major flaws. The shoulders can be worn as “off-the-shoulder” style or with it on. Dry cleaned and ready for a new great home! No label/brand or size tag, but please see approx measurements below laying flat…. Bust 17-17.5” Waist 13.5” Hips free Length (from waist down) 44.5” Not entirely sure of the material/fabric but it appears to be either taffeta or organza. Appears to best fit size small but please see measurements above.
