Vintage Waterford Lamp with brass base

Excellent semi rare, collectible piece from a great Irish company! Was a family member’s from the late 1970’s or perhaps early 1980’s , I can find more info upon request. Please see photos or ask any further questions, approximately 13” in height Good vintage condition, please see photos detailing some very small stains on lamp shade, a few fabric pulls, and some blemishes on base brass (I believe it is brass, but I’m not a metal expert so could be a similar material idk) Waterford mark is visible, but slightly faded Lamp works, but I’m also not an electrician, I included photos of the plug, which is vintage,
