•In good pre-owned condition. •There is suppose to be 20 note cards, 5 each of 4 designs and 21 envelopes. •There are only 3 cards of 1 design so missing 2 of the whoopee party cards. •There are 18 envelopes so there are 3 missing. •Some of the envelopes have some water damage on the ends but it don't effect the envelopes but just the look. •The box does have some damage on the top box and that's where the water damage took. •The box does have a bend on the top one. •Make me an offer if you don't like my price.
