Vintage Waco Willie the HOBO Figure Melody in Motion Clown Sitting on Crate Box

Fine hand crafted bisque finish porcelain figure. This is a WACO figure that had a line of Melody in Motion figures. The sound and movement components don't appear to be functional but maybe someone could tinker with him and get it working again. Artistically hand painted.
