Vintage Omega Seamaster automatic watch with gold electroplated bezel and stainless steel back. Rare and sparkly dropped face has the original scratch proof sapphire crystal & was confirmed recently by a horologist. Day and date stem/crown needs attention/service. Original black leather band with gold Omega buckle needs repair/replacing. Keeping good time with self winding automatic movement. Heavy and spectacular!

searchtheearth without seeing the movement you cant be sure its a real. It looks like a 1972 Seamaster Cosmic 2000. But I have never seen the dial not indicate that it is in fact a Cosmic 2000. It was gold plated not solid gold. Does the crown have the Omega emblem? It is more likely to be the 1976 Seamaster automatic, which in its current condition is $650-800 at best. The refurb and cleaning is gonna cost $795 not counting the new band and anything else that may need attention.

searchtheearth @theplayroom please, I don’t mean to offend or come off as a dick. You can order an Abstract from Omega that takes 2-3 months and depends on the info you supply. You can do it yourself on the site, or take it to an Omega boutique and they can open it, get all the details and send that info for chf 120. Which is close to $150. If the info is inconclusive or wrong, the abstract fee is forfeited and your watch is not authenticated. Your watch is beautiful...
