Vintage Volk French Slingback Velvety Shoes Heels Size?

Welcome to my closet 🙂 Thank you for visiting! In good condition with signs of wear on the heels and soles. I'm not sure what to call the fabric, but it's like a velvet, only not as soft. I have some dark tissue paper in the toes for storage. They are not my size, and I only used them for display. The soles are leather and do show some wear, mostly on the heels, which is an easy fix. The size is written on the inside of a strap, but I don't know what the numbers mean. I think they are made in France. If any of you know what the numbers mean, I'd love to hear from you. Please examine photos closely as they are a part of the description.
