Vintage Vivienne Westwood - Unique heels, silver/gold/turquoise, EU 36 1/2, US 6

These showstopping vintage Vivienne Westwood shoes, are marked Vivienne Westwood Accessories, with the orb logo on the insole and the outer underside of the heel. Marked made in Japan, 36 1/2, or approximately US women’s size 6. Turquoise suede uppers, metallic silver faux snakeskin straps across the foot, and silver faux snakeskin accents at the back, edged in sheared gold-tone leather accents. Heel, peep-toe, and inner sole edges are turquoise patent leather. The faux snakeskin shows wear around the ball of the foot area. The laces have minimal wear. The area where the lace inserts through the shoe upper shows a bit of wear. The patent leather heels are in excellent shape. Some of the metallic sheen has worn off the faux snakeskin at the very back of the upper heels, and tiny pin prick holes are present at the tops of the backs of the heels as well. There are slight minor wear marks to the underside of the suede uppers. All of these flaws can be seen in the photos. Gold-tone leather ankle straps that end in unique rhomboid shapes, all 4 are present and intact. Some of the photos show an approximation of what the shoe would look like when the laces are wrapped around the leg and tied in front. Heels are approximately 3.25” high, with an insole length of 9.5” and width of 3” at the widest part of the insole. I can’t find anything to compare them to in brand, style, and age. Priced as such, as these are a collector’s item. They are not perfect but they are lovely!
