Rare find, well cared-for heirloom collection. 3D camera photography using this authentic vintage equipment is an art movement.
I have a large collection, including a film-cutter. Read all of the listings as I upload them to see the complete collection.
Please read the screen shot brief history of this camera courtesy of oddcameras.com.
These cameras were manufactured in the US between 1952 and 1955.
Pricing reflects the camera and lens attachment and they will not be sold separately.
The camera is in its original black leather case with brown shoulder strap. Case is in good condition considering its age.
I cannot verify the camera works so everything is sold as is, however Uncle Norman kept impeccable care of his camera collections and all the items were properly packed and kept dry and cool. We have hundreds of reels, some of which he photographed and developed himself.
The 24” Close-Up Lens attachment is in excellent condition, in its original leather case and box with instructions.
Price includes additional packing, shipping and insurance for the camera and lens set.

Hey Susanna, I saw in the listing that you have hundreds of reels, some of which were taken by Uncle Norman. Would any of these happen to be for sale as well? I didn’t see them in your shop.
Also, I know this isn’t usually the type of thing people ask on Poshmark, but I am so very interested in hearing about Uncle Norman and his camera collection.

Yes, I have hundreds of reels. Some of them have not even been opened. I have a complete inventory of them and I have photographed them all, but I have not listed them yet. If you wanna talk about it, I would be happy to run some of it by you. Send me your regular email.

Uncle Norm was my husband‘s elderly uncle that we inherited along with his home. He was a photographer starting in the Korean War and collected cameras, so I inherited two 3-D cameras, a whole bunch of equipment that I have since sold on Poshmark, hundreds of reels, and a number of other interesting vintage cameras. Everything in immaculate shape because he took care of everything fanatically.

We also inherited a couple of projectors from old movie theaters. Poshmark is very slow right now because of the situation with our economy so I have held off listing anything more in the camera collection and also I have a number of beautiful things from my own closet that I’ve held back.

@susannadanna9 what an incredible human it sounds like uncle Norman was. I would have loved to have had the chance to hear about his experiences and expertise. I would love to see the reels that you have and to chat more about it, it’s my username at gee male dot com. Thank you for taking the time to reply (:
