Vintage Vietnamese doll Made in Vietnam 60s

Vintage Vietnamese doll. This was a GI souvenir for soldiers in Vietnam in the 60's. The doll is made of hard plastic. The shoes are plastic. The clothes are a little dusty. There is a spot on the white pants and a small dark spot on front of dress. Otherwise it is in great condition. I don't see or feel any cracks or blemishes to the plastic. See pictures Cannot remove clothes. Doll is attached to stand . Doll with stand is 15 1/2 - 16 inches tall
