Placard is not included. We were able to buy two large lots at the auction for Vienna Woods "Blue Onion" pattern dining and serving pieces, popular in the 1970s. This is a perfect starter set for anyone looking to build mom or grandma's China collection. Total of 41 pieces. The pieces are not new but in excellent condition.
