Vintage Victorian style blouse with beadwork

Vintage Kathy Che made in the USA. Gorgeous collar piece with beadwork and sequins. Light semi sheer material. Blouse is in excellent condition apart from a small speck on the right sleeve seen in last picture. Tags says a size 10p, fits like a medium.
