Vintage Victorian style Prairie dress 70's 80's

beautiful sky blue vintage prairiecore cottagecore high neck lace and chiffon dress. there is bleach staining 😭 this appears to be only on the under skirt but can be seen through the chiffon as seen in photos. still a gorgeous piece and reminds me of clouds. could be re-died or bleached more for a tiedye vintage/modern flare top eye for hook and eye closure missing dime sizes section pulling from zipper at the waist to be re-sewn and missing original ribbon belt otherwise impeccable vintage shape. no browning or discoloration (other than bleach) or snags/rips. size ptp 17" waist 13.5" hip 18" length 55"
