Vintage Velvet jacket.

This jacket is very unique. The rainbow swirls are stitched in. There’s a silk like fabric in the lining. There is no tag to tell what size or brand. The fabric is velvet to the touch. The sleeves are bell shaped and sit about 3/4 down the arm. Would look great with a white shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
