Vintage Velvet Wide Brim Bucket Hat

This is a vintage hat made by Eastern Millinery. It appears to have been kept in a box folded and unused for many years. Aside from the folding and need to be reshaped this hat is in new condition. There are no signs of use. The inner hat has netting sewn in. The brim and rise from the brim to the top of the hat are both 4 inches. There is a ribbon around the hat and everything is brown.
