Black velvet maxi dress. Vintage 90s velour short sleeve top with empire waist and tie under the bust. Slightly stretchy fabric on the bottom of the dress. Crew neckline. Great for prom or formal events. Tag size: 6 Condition: excellent No noted flaws. All items are second hand and imperfections are possible. Model is 5'9 and normally wears size 4 or 27" waist. Chest size 34 DD. Size 6 is accurate in my opinion.
