Vintage Velvet Suit Skirt Formalwear

A stunning vintage statement 2 piece. Rich cranberry/burgundy velvet. 80's/90's lovely elegant suit/set, with long straight skirt, and shawl style long sleeved jacket, by Waters And Waters, in a size 8 (more S or M) SKIRT is long to the ankle, with elastic waist, back nylon zipper, and back bottom slit. Skirt Waist lay-flat un-stretched/stretched 13"- 15", Hip 18.5”" Length 42” JACKET has a large/wide pleated/gathered shawl collar, off shoulders, with lap-over front closure at the waist, with two 1 1/2" rhinestone buttons with center gray/pearl-like center, and long sleeves. Jacket Waist lay-flat 15", pit to pit 17”. Set is in great condition for its age. Cotton and polyester fabric, the jacket is lined, not the skirt. The pearl buttons have a few marks on the center.
