Vintage Velvet Mini Skirt with Romantic Floral Print

I bought this at a vintage store in Shoreditch for 25 pounds in 2019 and wore it at most five times. I'd guess it to be from the '90s. Velvety on the outside with a beautiful burgundy/beige/turquoise print; black synthetic lining inside. It's a European women's size 42, but for reference, I'm a size 2 or small in women's bottoms, and it was too tight on me. I'd say this will fit you if you're a size 0 or XS. It's a major compliment getter and super cute; I wouldn't be selling it if it fit me.
