Vintage maroon/cranberry color velvet maxi dress. Classy bubble like sleeves. Waist and sleeve ends are finished with elastic. The fabric is a velvet lined design that’s easy to move in and super comfortable... not to mention the pockets. It was purchased at a vintage shop in NYC and I never wore it (still has the tag). Fits small-medium.
