Vintage Velvet Hat, Ties Under Chin

Carefully stored and in excellent condition, this black vintage hat has a rhinestone sequin detail. The size is approx. 8 inches wide and 3 inches tall. It's made of velvet and satin with two long net straps to tie under your chin. I'll give this a once-over with the lint brush before sending it to you.
