Vintage Velvet Halter dress

Vintage 'All that jazz' velvet halter dress. This dress does need a bit of work. The elastic on the back is old and broken but the rest is in good condition. It has plastic boning on the front and two buttons on the halter. The cracked elastic can be seen in the last picture. No rips or stains Reasonable offers accepted
