Vintage Velvet German Belted Blazer Jacket

Vintage Velvet German Belted Blazer Jacket. Great Art Deco style buttons and two front pockets. Belt is not attached (no loops) and has a gold buckle. It was difficult to research this coat since there wasn’t much information out there but I’m guessing it is probably from the 60’s / 70’s. Good condition - it appears that someone may have tried to hem the ends of the sleeves (see photos) due to the line in the velvet. Armpit to Armpit : 19" Length: 26" Sleeve from Armpit to end: 17"
