Vintage Velvet Deep Green Off The Shouldner Dress for the Holiday or Gala

The dress is hard to photograph and all its beauty! Deep luscious green with undertones or maroon. Overall in good wearable shape, in vintage conditions Off the shoulder super soft velvet with a zippered back and boning inside. Has no size tag, but my estimate is size 8 or medium, please see measurements for fit though! Some discoloration of liner, but it looks really interesting to me! Hard to see discoloration elsewhere but slight on the Cowl neck, one velvet mark see photos. Feels like understated 80s glamour.
