Black 1930s - 1940s velour close-fitting hat worn on the crown of the head like a cloche or bonnet. It features a soft body and an off the face brim with small bow, which can be worn on top or in back for halo effect. Photos model it both ways. SIZE: No size (or brand) tag. The hat measures approximately 6” W by 7 3/4” L by 4 1/2” deep on the interior; about 7 1/4” wide by 9” long by 5” high. Estimated to be a medium or just under. Grosgrain ribbon band on interior.
