Not sure what year, but they look to be atleast early 2000’s maybe 90’s? In amazing shape for the age, leather has wear, some scratches and peeling, but the soles look unused. The vans logos in the insides were perfect until I stuck my feet in them 🙃 One was missing laces so I relaced with some new balance laces.
