Yes, the chemise chest pit to pit is 19”, so it can accommodate at least C. The peignoir chest,when it ties and front panels meet, is approximately 19.5” It is open in the middle due to deep v-neckline, so this measurement is not limited to that measurement. Peignoir length is 54.5”. Chemise length is the same.
