Vintage Van Dell gold filled brooch featuring a wreath accented with blue, clear, green, red, and yellow rhinestones and a leaf design. It measures approximately 1 3/8" in diameter. Signed on the back, "Van Dell 1/20 12K GF". It has a rollover clasp on the back.
