Vintage Uranium Vaseline Glass Square Refrigerator Container Box

This 1930’s Depression Era Art Deco Uranium Vaseline glass refrigerator box made by Anchor Hocking, is in Excellent Condition. Measuring 5 1/2” x 5 1/2” by 3” square glass container originally came with a matching lid. It still has many practical purposes though, and can be used to hold many treasures…or, simply look nice on a shelf. Because this is made with Uranium glass, this will glow a bright green/yellow under black light. It originally was used to hold food in the fridge, but I would not advise that. Please see all photos for condition. There are a few very minor chips on the inside rim, visible in the illuminated closeup. Comes clean from a smoke free home.
