Vintage Upstream Insulated Utility Jacket With Arm Stripes Navy Blue Sz M. Good vintage condition. No rips, tears or holes. One patch on the sleeve from a prior repair. Two areas with light paint splatter. Overall in good condition for the age. Approximate measurements laying flat: Pit to pit: 23 1/2” Shoulders: 18 1/2” Arms to the cuff: 26” Total length: 28 1/2” Waist band: 22 1/2” This jacket is tagged M but it seems to run a little larger.
