Vintage Unique Quartz Angel & Cherub Mantle Clock

Very unique and stylish mantle clock. Looks to be in great condition, I don’t see any issues. I am guessing the clock is battery operated? I am not sure if it works or how to access it, maybe the clock face pulls out? I didn’t try. It’s beautiful for just display, regardless. I am not positive the material, it has some weight, so maybe resin? Has a shimmer to surface. Measurements in photos. Please see pictures for best description.
