Vintage Unique Key Design Double Shot Jigger Brass Metal Colored

A vintage piece of barware. This is for a double shot/ Jigger measurer with a unique key design. The only one I have seen that comes close is one that was made for Neiman Marcus. It is brass plated over unknown metal. It is in good condition with a few tarnished spots.
