Vintage Union Products Christmas Toy Soldier Yard and Home Decor.  31 1/2" tall. The white has yellowed.  There's some staining on the yellowed pants and one glove, see photos.  There are little paint wear marks all over it from years of use, see photos.  He does not come with the corded light but these can be bought at Menards for a couple dollars.  Super cute.
