Vintage Union Made pleated blouse and velvet skirt secretary midi dress, 5 or 6

Elegant and classic, this midi dress features a cream pleated blouse upper with long sleeves, cloth buttons, and a button up mock neck collar. Lower is black velvet, with detachable rose detail belt in velvet as well. There are a few spots, and some loosening of one of the shoulder seams. Please see last pics. Waist stretches to 14" across comfortably, with elastic.
