Vintage Union Made Womens Full Legnth Dress Size L?. There is no size tag, so I just guessed by measurements. The material is a thin sheer polyester feeling. You would need a slip underneath. It is white with black polka dots and ruffled wrists and collar with black florals. There are belt loops but no belt/tie. No holes that I could see.
