Vintage Unbranded 10" Grumpy Brown Fuzzy Teddy Bear Wearing Red Polka Dot Tie Adorable teddy bear is wearing a polka dot necktie, and has a very disgruntled look on his face. Arms and legs are jointed, head is not movable. Mr. Teddy Bear is clean, soft, and free from odors. No maker's mark, there is a material tag attached and a paper price tag from Barringtons store, looks fairly vintage. My best guess is this is an 80s teddy bear, but I have no way to verify that guess. Measurements apx 10" H X 6" W X 6"
